Some infected computers are capable of infecting your USB flash drive merely from inserting the drive into a usb port on the PC. Panda has a little program that can prevent this by preventing autorun from running on the drive, no matter what Windows computer you put it in. It’s called Panda USB Vaccine and you can check it out at http://research.pandasecurity.com/panda-usb-and-autorun-vaccine/ .  I have done it to my own flash drives and I like what this does.
